TLS defines a session ID that can be used as bindings for CCM-KEY, but it is only provided for restartable TLS sessions. We can probably define the GSS-API channel bindings to TLS as the session ID in question and require CCM-KEY be used with TLS bindings only when the TLS server has assigned a session ID.
