I understand that that is what you would like; I'd love to have that too.
Can you tell me how to know how much traffic there is in a voice call end
to end (which is the subject of intserv) if you don't have end to end
signalling to tell both access networks what they are receiving and
sending? If you can't tell me that, per Parekh and Gallagher, I can't tell
you how do get a predictable network to support the voice.
