I've posted this question before and I haven't gotten a good (or any)
answer.

What does location privacy mean when talking about routing (I'm considering
QoS a part of routing here because it affects routing)?

When I hear location privacy as part of routing, I think "NAT" but
I don't think that is what you mean, is it?
