To include, or not to include the "mail" attribute..... is my opinion
of part of the reason it died on the vine.
We also need to make sure we publish all the OID's, as well as
validate their uniqueness (i.e. do not assign maillocaladdress the
mailalternateaddress OID, and the same for inetlocalmailrecipient and
mailrecipient).
