I just mailed in what we had for LASER draft -02 as the -01 draft had
expired long ago. See section X.1.2 for the list of changes from the
previous draft.
This list (and interest in the draft) appears to be dead. Perhaps this new
draft will breath some life into it. I've changed the draft to be
Informational given the lack of interest. It can be changed back if
necessary. If nothing comes of this posting, I'll submit it to become an
informational RFC.
